Job Description:

Noverties India Pvt Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented HR & Operations Executive to manage accounting, billing, payroll, and office operations. Candidates with experience in the solar industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling billing and invoicing for company projects.

• Maintaining accounts and entries in Tally.

• Preparing and maintaining Excel reports, data entry, and MIS reports.

• Managing staff attendance records.

• Processing salary and payroll management.

• Basic GST documentation and filing support.

• Coordinating with team members for project documentation and records.

• Managing day-to-day computer operations and office documentation.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and basic computer operations is mandatory.

• Experience in accounts, payroll, billing, or office operations preferred.

• Candidates from the solar industry will be given preference.

• Good organizational and communication skills.

Experience:

1–3 Years Preferred
