Job Description
OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic HR & Admin Executive who can handle both human resource functions and day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth workplace management. The candidate must have good english.
HR Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews)
- Handle employee onboarding & exit formalities
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll coordination
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities
- The candiate must be travel different colloages for Seminars and Student counselling
- The candidate must be able to handle local clients Query
🔹 Administrative Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and maintenance
- Manage office supplies and vendor coordination
- Handle calls, emails, and internal communication
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Maintain records, files, and documentation
- Support accounts/basic billing coordination if required
