HR Associate

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.

Coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders for interview follow-ups.

Maintain employee records and HR databases.

Support onboarding and joining formalities of new employees.

Handle attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.

Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication.

Support payroll inputs and other HR operations tasks.

Ensure smooth day-to-day HR coordination.

Required Skills:

Good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Good coordination and follow-up ability.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Candidate:

Graduate / MBA in HR preferred.

Fresher or candidate with HR internship / experience can apply.
