Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to join our team in Gomti Nagar, Lucknow. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions such as recruitment, candidate screening, documentation, and verification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Conduct initial screening of candidates via calls and interviews.
• Maintain accurate records and manage documentation for all employees.
• Handle background checks and verification processes.
• Ensure smooth coordination between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain HR records and regularly update internal databases.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 years in HR or recruitment roles.
• Education: Graduation or Post-Graduation in any discipline.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Technical: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment platforms.
• Other: Must own a personal laptop.
