Job Description
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Develop job descriptions and job specifications for open positions.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with department heads.
- Issue offer letters and manage the onboarding process for new employees.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain positive employee relations and address grievances or workplace concerns.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (events, celebrations, feedback surveys).
- Support managers in maintaining discipline, motivation, and retention.
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Maintain accurate employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with accounts or payroll teams to ensure timely salary processing.
- Handle employee reimbursements, incentives, and benefits.
4. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR database accurately.
- Assist in audits and labor inspections when required.
5. Performance Management & Training
- Support implementation of performance appraisal systems (KPI-based, 360°, etc.).
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs.
- Help build career progression and development plans for employees.
6. HR Policy & Process Development
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, fairness, and compliance.
- Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and documentation accurately.
- Prepare reports, statements, and correspondence as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments (sales, accounts, operations, site teams)
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and follow up on approvals.
- Support project documentation such as BoQs, IO summaries, and drawings
- Manage emails, calls, and official communications
- Assist in scheduling meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
