What You’ll Do (Your Mission!)

• Drive end-to-end Recruitment & Onboarding – sourcing, interviews, documentation, and induction.
• Manage Employee Lifecycle – HR operations, payroll inputs, leaves, exit formalities.
• Foster a positive culture through Employee Engagement & Welfare initiatives.
• Support Training & Development – identify needs, coordinate programs, and track effectiveness.
• Handle HR Administration & Compliance – records, MIS reports, statutory adherence.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for employees, resolving grievances with fairness.

What We’re Looking For

• MBA/PG in HR with 0–2 years’ experience in HR operations/recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compensation, and compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office with excellent communication skills (English & Hindi).
• Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams.
