We are India’s leading Neurodiverse Child Development & Hearing Care Centre, working with children with Autism, ADHD, Speech & Developmental challenges.
We are hiring our first HR Executive—someone who wants to build people systems from the ground up and grow with purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Employee documentation & HR records
- Attendance & payroll coordination
- PF, ESIC & compliance support
- Training coordination & employee engagement
Who Can Apply
- Graduate/Post-graduate in HR or related field
- 0–2 years experience (Freshers with HR internship welcome)
- Strong coordination, communication & documentation skills
- Willing to learn compliance & people operations
