Job Responsibilities:

• We will provide job seekers data to the recruiter.

• Calling candidates and informing them about job opportunities.

• Screening candidates based on job requirements.

• Scheduling and lining up interviews with the company.

• Following up with candidates until the interview process is completed.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Hindi / English).

• Basic understanding of recruitment process.

• Ability to handle candidate calls and follow-ups.

• Must have mobile phone and internet connection.

Earning Model:

• Performance based earning.

• Payment will be given per successful interview lineup / placement (as per company policy).
