HR Intern

Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day recruitment and coordination activities. The intern will work closely with the HR team and gain hands-on experience in hiring processes, candidate communication, and virtual interview coordination.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWork on assigned candidate leads provided by the company
• Conduct telephonic screening of candidates to assess basic eligibility and interest
• Schedule and conduct virtual interview rounds (Google Meet / Zoom / WhatsApp)
• Maintain and update candidate records, reports, and tracking sheets
• Follow up with candidates for interview availability and responses
• Share daily/weekly work status and hour reports with the reporting manager
• Ensure professional communication with candidates at all times
• Assist in other HR-related tasks as assigned
• Requirements & Skills Currently pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM/Graduation (HR preferred)
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
• Comfortable with telephonic and virtual conversations
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes (preferred)
• Ability to work independently in a virtual/remote environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel / Google Sheets / Email)
• Punctual, responsible, and target-oriented attitude
