HR Manager

1. Salary & Payroll Management

• Ensure accurate and timely salary processing for all employees

• Coordinate with finance/payroll vendors for payroll execution

• Handle salary-related queries, corrections, and discrepancies

• Monitor daily attendance, shifts, leaves, and absenteeism

• Maintain accurate attendance records and HR MIS

• Address attendance-related issues and ensure policy adherence

3. Hiring & Joining Formalities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for operational and support roles

• Coordinate interviews, offer rollouts, and joining schedules

• Complete joining formalities including documentation and system entries

4. Post-Hiring Documentation & HR Operations

• Ensure completion of all post-hiring formalities (employee files, statutory forms, ID cards, system access)

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements

5. Grievance Handling & Employee Relations

• Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances

• Resolve issues related to payroll, attendance, behavior, and workplace concerns

• Maintain confidentiality and ensure fair resolution

• Support implementation of performance appraisal processes

• Coordinate performance reviews with managers

• Track performance data and assist in corrective or development actions
