Job Description
- Manage recruitment and manpower planning for factory operations including machine operators, technicians, helpers, and support staff.
- Conduct interviews, screening, and onboarding of new employees.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, factory act regulations, and statutory requirements.
