HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing HR operations, leveraging advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting, and leading a team to achieve HR objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, team management, and recruitment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *HR Operations:*

  - Manage and optimize HR processes.

  - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  - Collaborate with HR team to identify and resolve operational issues

- *Data Analysis and Reporting:*

  - Utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze HR data and provide insights to stakeholders

  - Develop and maintain HR reports and dashboards to track key metrics

  - Identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management

- *Team Management:*

  - Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support

  - Foster a positive and productive team culture, promoting collaboration and innovation

  - Develop and implement performance management plans to ensure team success

- *Recruitment:*

  - Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and plans

  - Manage the recruitment process, ensuring timely and cost-effective hiring

  - Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and vendors

*Requirements:*

- *Education:* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

- *Experience:*3- 5+ years of experience in HR operations, with 2+ years of team management experience

- *Skills:*

  - Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting

  - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  - Ability to lead and manage a team
