Position: HR Manager (Generalist)


Location: Lucknow

Role Overview


The HR Manager will be responsible for driving all people-related functions across the organization — from recruitment and onboarding to performance, culture, and compliance. This is a hands-on generalist role suited for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities


1. Recruitment & Onboarding


Handle end-to-end hiring for sales, design, operations, and support roles.


Build a candidate pipeline using job portals, referrals, and networking.


Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with department heads.


Create structured onboarding programs for new hires to integrate smoothly into the team.



2. Performance Management & Employee Development


Implement a goal-setting and review process (monthly/quarterly).


Track team KPIs and link them to business goals.


Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs.


Support managers in conducting constructive feedback sessions.



3. HR Policies, Compliance & Administration


Draft and update HR policies (attendance, leave, expense reimbursement, etc.).


Maintain statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labor laws, etc.) with external consultants.


Manage payroll coordination and employee records.


Ensure timely renewals of employment contracts and documentation.



4. Employee Engagement & Culture


Build a positive, performance-oriented, and transparent work culture.


Organize engagement activities, recognition programs, and team events.


Act as a bridge between management and staff for feedback and conflict resolution.



5. HR Data & Reporting


Maintain HR dashboards – headcount, attrition, attendance, hiring status, etc.


Present monthly reports and recommendations to leadership.
