HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute end-to-end recruitment for all departments
• Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements
• Conduct interviews, onboarding, and induction programs
• Maintain employee records and recruitment data
• Foster a healthy and positive workplace culture
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally
• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems
• Assist managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
• Track employee performance, attendance, and productivity
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and SOPs
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
• Handle disciplinary actions and exit formalities
• Coordinate payroll processing and salary structures
• Manage employee benefits, leaves, incentives, and reimbursements
• Ensure timely salary disbursement and statutory deductions

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
