HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Selection

● Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and

other recruitment channels.

● Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

● Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

● Assist in the selection process, including reference checks and background verification.

● Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

2. Onboarding & Induction

● Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and employment contracts.

● Coordinate pre-joining formalities and documentation.

● Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new employees.

● Ensure a smooth transition of new hires into the organization.

3. Attendance & Leave Management

● Maintain and monitor daily attendance records.

● Update employee attendance, leave, and shift schedules in HRMS or manual registers.

● Process leave applications and ensure compliance with company policies.

● Prepare monthly attendance and leave reports for payroll processing.

4. Employee Records & Documentation

● Maintain and update employee personal files, HR databases, and HRMS systems.

● Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data.

● Assist in preparing HR reports and analytics as required.

5. General HR Support

● Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

● Address basic employee queries related to HR policies, leaves, attendance, etc.

● Assist in performance appraisal and training coordination.
