HR Recruiter

The HR Recruitment Executive will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing specialized talent essential for our Online Market Research operations. This includes filling roles across digital project management, ensuring we hire individuals who can drive data-driven insights for our global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Niche Sourcing & Talent Pipelining:
•  
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for key roles, including Data Scientists, Qualitative & Quantitative Researchers, Survey Programmers, Data Analysts, Project Managers, and Business Development roles in Market Research.
• Conduct deep talent mapping to understand the competitive landscape and identify top talent in the online research space.

• Candidate Assessment & Screening:
• Collaborate with technical hiring managers to develop role-specific screening questions and assessments to accurately evaluate technical proficiency (e.g., proficiency in SPSS, R, Python, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews, assessing not only skills but also a candidate's passion for market trends and consumer insights.

• Process Management & Compliance:
• Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure a smooth, efficient, and timely hiring process (time-to-hire).
• Prepare job descriptions, employment contracts, and manage offer negotiations, ensuring alignment with industry salary benchmarks for the Online Market Research/Tech sector.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and data protection regulations.

• Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:
• Act as a brand ambassador, effectively communicating the company’s unique value proposition in the market research industry to candidates.
• Focus on delivering an exceptional, professional, and transparent candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding.
