📍 Preferred Experience: Prior experience in Staffing / Recruitment

💰 Salary: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month + 2500 incentive (based on your experience)

• Key Responsibilities:Call and follow up with job seekers
• Explain job opportunities, help them with application and onboarding process
• Guide candidates to complete their joining formalities for delivery/logistics roles (Swiggy, Zomato, Zepto, etc.)
• Maintain daily records of calls and candidate status in the system
• Achieve daily/weekly targets for ID creations and onboarding
• Follow up with inactive candidates and support until they start working
• Requirements:Must be fluent in Hindi and English (any one is also fine, both preferred)
• Prior telecalling / recruitment / BPO / staffing experience preferred
• Smartphone and good internet connection mandatory
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / WhatsApp communication
• Self-motivated and result-oriented attitude
