HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth recruitment process and positive candidate experience.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Maintain and update candidate records in HR databases
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
• Assist in employer branding initiatives
• Follow company recruitment policies and compliance
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive
• Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws is a plus
• Preferred Skills: Experience in bulk hiring or industry-specific recruitment
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and HR software
