Human Resource Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, employee onboarding, maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents
• Handle employee onboarding and induction process
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Support employee engagement and retention activities
• Address employee queries and resolve workplace issues
• Ensure a disciplined and professional work environment across the organization
• Monitor employee behavior, attendance, and adherence to company policies
• Encourage employees to complete their assigned tasks on time and maintain productivity
• Address misconduct, absenteeism, and performance issues in a timely manner
• Promote a positive and accountable work culture within the team

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to handle confidential information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA/B.Com preferred)
• MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus
• 1–3 years of experience in HR or related field
