Job Description
- 1. Recruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, offer letters).
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
- 2. Employee RelationsAddress employee queries and grievances.
- Maintain employee engagement activities.
- Support performance appraisal processes.
- 3. HR OperationsMaintain employee records and documentation.
- Manage attendance and leave records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- 4. Payroll & Compensation SupportAssist in payroll processing.
- Maintain salary and benefits records.
- Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement.
- 5. Training & DevelopmentIdentify training needs.
- Coordinate training programs and workshops.
- Track employee development initiatives.
