  • Human Resource Recruiter – Job Description Key Responsibilities Talent Sourcing & Attraction
  1. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  2. Post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and company websites.
  3. Source candidates through databases, networking, and professional platforms.
  4. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  • Screening & Interviewing
  1. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  2. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews.
  3. Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Selection & Hiring Process
  1. Conduct reference and background checks.
  2. Prepare and extend job offers.
  3. Negotiate salary and employment terms when required.
  4. Ensure smooth onboarding of new employees.
  • Collaboration & Communication
  1. Work closely with department managers to understand staffing needs.
  2. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

  1. Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company policies.
