Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Targets: Achieve individual and team sales goals, process transactions accurately, and manage promotions.
• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, provide personalized assistance, offer product details (materials, trends), and resolve issues professionally.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of cosmetic products, artificial jewelry styles, current trends, and care instructions.
• Merchandising: Ensure attractive, clean, and well-organized product displays and showroom standards.
• Inventory: Assist with stock control, monitor levels, and report discrepancies.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong customer relationships for repeat business and loyalty.
