Role Overview

Are you a beauty enthusiast with a knack for persuasion? Upcure is looking for a dynamic Beauty Consultant to join our Vastu Khand team. Your primary mission is simple: provide expert product advice and turn every "just looking" visitor into a happy, paying customer.

Key Responsibilities

• The Art of the Sale: Proactively engage walking customers, understand their skin/beauty needs, and use your product knowledge to close sales.
• Product Expertise: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our cosmetic range (skincare, makeup, and hair care) to provide personalized recommendations.
• Demo & Experience: Perform product demonstrations (swatching, testing) to show immediate value to the customer.
• Inventory Management: Keep the shelves looking impeccable, track stock levels, and ensure new arrivals are showcased prominently.
• Customer Retention: Build a local clientele in Vastu Khand by providing such great service that they won't go anywhere else.
• Other Expertise: knowledge of cosmetic products, artificial jewelry styles, current trends, and care instructions.

Requirements

• Proven Sales Track Record: Experience in retail sales is a must; experience in the beauty/cosmetic industry is a massive plus.
• Product Junkie: You stay up-to-date with beauty trends and ingredients.
• Communication Skills: You are fluent, persuasive, and can strike up a conversation with anyone.
• Target-Oriented: You aren't intimidated by sales targets; you’re motivated by them.
• Professional Image: You represent the brand through a well-groomed and professional appearance.
