Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with prospective students who have submitted enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, or CRM systems
• Understand student profiles, career goals, and educational background before recommending suitable programmes
• Clearly explain IICT’s courses, eligibility, fee structure, learning model, examinations, and certification
• Conduct timely and structured follow-ups to convert enquiries into confirmed admissions
• Respond to student queries patiently and accurately, ensuring confidence and clarity at every stage
• Coordinate with internal academic and operations teams for documentation, enrolment, and onboarding
• Share official brochures, course details, login information, and admission guidance via text and digital channels
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and admission status
