Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 7–8 inside sales executives
Handle outbound calling operations
Ensure daily calling targets and performance tracking
Maintain team discipline, decorum, and motivation
Coach team members to improve conversion and productivity
Coordinate with management for reporting and strategy execution
Candidate Requirements
Prior experience in inside sales / calling profile
Experience as Team Leader / Senior Executive preferred
Strong communication and people-management skills
Ability to drive targets and maintain a positive team culture
Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset
Salary & Benefits
