Explain health insurance plans to customers in a simple way.
Understand customer needs and suggest the right policy.
After getting the advisor code, follow company rules and respect the code.
Do at least one policy login every month.
Help customers with documents and KYC.
Find new customers and follow up regularly.
Take care of existing customers and help with renewals.
Guide customers during the claim process.
Keep customer and policy details safe and updated.
