Interior Designer

We are seeking a dynamic Interior Designer with strong sales skills to manage our B2B clients. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from building relationships with architects, contractors, and developers to closing sales.

This hybrid role requires you to understand client requirements, design functional and budget-friendly modular kitchens, wardrobes, and storage solutions, and act as the key representative for our company.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuild & Manage Relationships: Proactively connect with and nurture strong professional relationships with architects, contractors, and developers.
• Design & Consultation: Visit client sites, understand project needs, and develop accurate, appealing designs based on their instructions and budget.
• Full-Cycle Sales: Create and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.
• Coordination: Act as the main point of contact, ensuring a smooth process from design approval to project completion.
• Core RequirementsProven experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio in modular kitchens and wardrobes.
• Demonstrable track record in sales, business development, or B2B account management.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
