Interior Site Supervisor

1.Candidate should be willing to Travel to project site and complete projects at sites outside city (Free accommodation/food and travelling shall be given for Projects that are outside city) 

2.Scope of work includes suggesting design inputs alongwith reference images, supervising interior work . 

3. Candidate should have knowledge of interior work - electrical, plumbing ,cement fibre boards, flooring, false ceiling, woodwork etc.

4. Knowledge of exterior ,facade,landscaping will be advantage.

5. Job requires to manage complete end to end work as per layout/design or give ur inputs basis ur experience 

6. Can arrange & manage vendors/contractors in all fields of interior design of Project either locallly or from nearby areas

7. Well aware about contractor /market rates and good negotiator for benefit of company and client.

8. Experience of Renovation projects Residential/Commercial project. 5 years experience is must.
