We are looking for a talented and experienced Interior Site Supervisor to join our team at Urbanfeat Construction India Pvt. Ltd. This role combines interior design expertise with on-site supervision, ensuring that interior projects are executed smoothly from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will manage the design process, coordinate with contractors, and oversee on-site activities to ensure high-quality results and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement interior design plans based on client specifications.
• Create detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D models using SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, D5.
• Select materials, finishes, and furniture while ensuring alignment with design concepts.
• Supervise and manage all on-site activities, including contractor work, materials, and quality control.
• Ensure that design specifications are followed during the construction and installation phases.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or site-related issues.
• Monitor project progress and ensure completion within deadlines and budget.
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure proper site management.

Key Skills:

• Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, D5.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple sites.
• In-depth knowledge of construction techniques and interior design principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate between design teams and site workers.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design and site supervision.
