International BPO Executive

An International Calling role, often referred to as an "International Voice Process," requires a high level of English proficiency and professional communication to bridge geographical and cultural gaps. 

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls for global clients (primarily US)
• Issue Resolution: Resolve inquiries regarding product information, billing, or technical troubleshooting.
• Relationship Management: Build rapport with international clients to maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
• Documentation: Accurately log all customer interactions and transaction details into CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Language Mastery: Fluent spoken English with neutral or adaptable accents is mandatory for clear communication with native speakers.
• Communication Skills: Strong active listening, persuasion, and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work rotational night shifts to align with international time zones.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve customer complaints calmly.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge, fast typing speed
