Job Description
- Handle outbound or inbound calls to interact with international customers.
- Only Fluent English Candidates shall be considered.
- Address queries, provide product or service information, and resolve issues promptly.
- Adapt to different cultural nuances and maintain professionalism in communication.
- Shift Timings 7:30 PM Till 4:30 AM. Working Days will be from Monday to Friday.
