3. Goods Return to Vendor (GRN / RTV)

Prepare goods return with:

Clear product pictures

Reason for return

Arrange transport with:

Transporter details

Freight details

Ensure proper return challan

Track returned goods till vendor acknowledgment

Coordinate for credit note / replacement follow-up

4. Vendor Order Tracking

Maintain a live tracker of:

Orders placed

Expected delivery dates

Pending quantities

Follow up regularly with vendors

Update management on:

Delays

Short supplies

Rejections

Ensure timely inward planning to avoid production delays

5. Job Work & Production Slips

Prepare job work slips for:

Cutting

Stitching

Embroidery

Finishing

Mention clearly:

Item details

Quantity issued

Expected return date

Track:

Material issued

Material received back

Report shortage or wastage, if any

6. Inventory Software Management

Daily entry of:

Inward stock

Outward stock

Transfers

Returns

Ensure real-time stock accuracy

No backdated or pending entries

Coordinate with accounts for reconciliation

Generate stock reports when required

7. Stock Control & Discipline

Maintain zero tolerance for:

Unrecorded stock

Unauthorized movement

Ensure:

Physical stock = System stock

Assist in monthly and surprise stock audits
