Job Description

- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.
- Experience in preparing financial statements for audits.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and tax filings.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records and transactions accurately.
- Bookkeeping: Prepare, review, and record all financial transactions, including expenses, receipts, and journal entries.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Tax Preparation & Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with local and international tax laws.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts and monitor financial performance against them.
- Payroll Processing: Manage payroll functions, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Audit Support: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Accounting Software Management: Utilize accounting software (e.g., BUSY ) to enter financial data and run reports.
- Cost Management: Review costs and expenses and make recommendations for cost-saving strategies.
- Compliance & Regulatory Knowledge: Stay current on changes in accounting regulations and tax laws, ensuring compliance with all relevant financial policies and standards.
- Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager or senior leadership.
