Role Overview

This is a field-focused role involving regular site visits across the city to identify new construction and interior opportunities. The role is about information gathering, relationship building, and opportunity mapping, not hard selling.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, and institutional projects across Lucknow

Identify potential projects at early stages of construction or planning

Collect basic project intelligence: owner/developer details, project type, approximate scale, and stage

Build a structured database of leads and site observations

Coordinate with the internal team to share accurate, timely information

Track developments at previously visited sites and update status regularly
