Job Description

Required minimum 15 years of experience 

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all finishing works (plaster, flooring, tiling, painting, ceiling, doors/windows, façade...etc)
• Execute works as per drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Ensure quality, workmanship, and timely completion
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
• Monitor materials, quantities, and site progress
• Maintain reports, measurements, and snag lists
• Ensure safety and compliance at site

Skills:

• Knowledge of finishing materials & methods
• Ability to read architectural drawings
• Strong coordination and quality control skills
