Job Description

Role Objective

As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be the engine of our sales funnel. Your primary mission is to identify, reach out to, and qualify high-potential B2B prospects across North America. You will bridge the gap between initial interest and a booked meeting, ensuring our Sales Account Executives have a consistent pipeline of "sales-ready" opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research key decision-makers (CEOs, VPs, Directors) in target industries using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar tools.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-volume outbound campaigns via cold calling.
  • Lead Qualification: Use the BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) framework to qualify leads and ensure they meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the senior sales team, managing calendar invites across multiple US time zones (EST, CST, PST).
  • CRM Management: Maintain 100% accurate records of all interactions, lead statuses, and follow-up tasks in [Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho].
  • Objection Handling: Confidently navigate "gatekeepers" and address initial prospect pushback with value-based rebuttals.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication: Near-native English fluency (written and verbal) with a neutral or US-friendly accent.
  • Sales Tech Stack: Familiarity with CRM software and prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must).
  • Resilience: A high "rejection-tolerance" and the persistence to follow up with leads multiple times.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently during night hours and meet daily/weekly KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
