Job Description

It is responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities to drive company growth. This role focuses on generating high-quality leads through various channels, such as digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and networking. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the target audience, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset to contribute to the company’s revenue goals.


Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation:

  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to attract potential clients.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM software, email marketing) to identify and engage prospective leads.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers and business opportunities within target markets.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize targeted lead generation campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of lead information and interactions in the CRM system.
  • Segment and manage lead data to ensure effective targeting and personalized communication.
  • Monitor and report on lead quality, conversion rates, and overall lead generation performance.
  1. Collaboration & Coordination:
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals.
  • Provide regular feedback and insights on lead quality and campaign performance to improve sales and marketing alignment.
  • Collaborate on the development of marketing materials and content to support lead generation efforts.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Stay updated on industry developments and new lead generation tactics and technologies.

Networking & Outreach:

  • Engage with prospects through networking events, webinars, and social media to build relationships and nurture leads.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the industry to support lead generation efforts.
