Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Loan Officers to join our dynamic team at Tansi Fintech Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan sales and a strong understanding of various loan products, including Housing Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, and Property Loans. This role involves assessing customer needs, promoting loan products, and ensuring seamless loan processing while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect, identify, and onboard potential clients for loan products (Credit Card, Auto Loans, Housing, Business, Personal, and Property Loans).

Evaluate customer eligibility, documentation, and creditworthiness to facilitate loan approvals.

Provide expert advice on loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms to clients.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, and financial institutions.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines.

Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer queries throughout the loan lifecycle.

Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, legal, operations) for smooth loan disbursement.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and lending regulations.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Higher qualifications preferred).

Experience: At least 1 year in loan sales, banking, or financial services.

Language: Basic English (verbal/written) + proficiency in local language(s).

Technical Skills: Knowledge of loan products, KYC norms, and financial documentation.

Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
