Managed File Transfer Specialist

You'll ensure secure and efficient data transfers between internal and external systems, manage file transfer processes, implement protocols, monitor performance, and resolve issues. We're looking for someone with strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and a keen eye for detail to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• File Transfer Management: Oversee end-to-end file transfer processes, configure protocols, and collaborate with teams to meet requirements.
• System Monitoring: Monitor systems for performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and optimize protocols.
• Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, ensure compliance with regulations, and conduct audits.
• Documentation: Maintain documentation of processes and generate performance reports.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and identify opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience in managed file transfer or data integration.
• Knowledge of FTP, SFTP, FTPS, NDM, HTTP/S protocols.
• Familiarity with file encryption and secure transfer practices.
• Experience with MFT tools (e.g., IBM Sterling, Connect:Direct).
• Understanding of network protocols and security concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data security.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFTP) are a plus.
• Working knowledge of Python, shell, Perl.
