Job Description

The Management Trainee will gain hands-on exposure across core HR functions, participate in real-world projects, and receive structured mentoring to develop a strong foundation in human capital management. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to grow into HR leadership roles.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, resume screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
  • Support HR operations: employee record maintenance, HRIS data entry, and documentation management.
  • Assist with payroll, attendance, leave management, and compliance activities.
  • Participate in learning and development initiatives: coordinating training programs, tracking attendance, and evaluating effectiveness.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives: surveys, events, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct basic HR analytics: generate reports on turnover, time-to-hire, and other relevant metrics.
  • Support performance management activities: performance review cycles, calibration meetings, and creating performance documentation.
  • Assist with HR policy formulation, communication, and implementation.
  • Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
  • Assist in projects related to talent acquisition, onboarding experience, and HR process improvements.
  • Required QualificationsGraduation in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interest in a career in human resources.
  • Basic understanding of HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, payroll compliance, training, and employee relations).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HRIS/tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional regional language skills are a plus.
