Resova Club and Banquet is looking for a proactive and well-organized Front Office & Event Manager to take charge of hotel operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. The role involves managing front desk activities, responding to new customer inquiries, and coordinating banquet and lawn bookings for weddings and other events. The candidate will also be responsible for overseeing the hospitality services for all guests across the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front office operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, and daily desk management.
• Handle all customer inquiries related to banquet and lawn bookings for events, weddings, and celebrations.
• Coordinate with clients to plan and execute events smoothly and professionally.
• Ensure consistent delivery of high hospitality standards across all departments.
• Liaise with housekeeping, catering, and support staff for seamless guest service.
• Maintain updated event calendars and manage booking documentation and follow-ups.

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel front office or event management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
