Job Description

  • Marketing research
  • Researching buying trends and statistics, and conducting market research to understand the needs of the organization and its target audience 
  • Marketing campaign management
  • Monitoring the progress and results of marketing campaigns, and making improvements as needed 
  • Marketing materials
  • Creating and updating content for marketing materials, such as website, social media, blogs, and emails 
  • Marketing events
  • Assisting with the setup, facilitation, and completion of marketing events, such as conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows 
  • Administrative support
  • Answering phone calls, sorting mail, arranging appointments, and providing general office support 
  • Reporting
  • Gathering data on campaign success, and reporting on key performance indicators, such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic, and social media engagement 
  • Presentations
  • Delivering graphic, written, or verbal presentations and reports of findings, statistics, and insights 
  • Database management
  • Assisting with maintaining and developing databases and mailing lists 
  • Scheduling
  • Scheduling and arranging meetings and travel itineraries
  • Presentation to college for seminar and moms
