Position: Sales and Marketing Executive (Live Sales)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team at Soul Care, a leading sanitary pad brand. This role involves live sales sessions, where you'll engage with potential customers, educate them on the importance of menstrual hygiene, and promote our high-quality sanitary pads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of menstrual care products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to connect with an audience on a personal level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Live Sales & Demonstrations: Conduct live sales sessions both in-person (events, promotions) and online platforms, showcasing the features, benefits, and specifications of Soul Care sanitary pads.
  • Product Education: Educate potential customers on the importance of menstrual hygiene and how Soul Care products cater to their needs effectively.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers in a relatable and empathetic manner, answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing product recommendations.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Work closely with the marketing team to execute sales strategies, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback during live sessions to improve sales strategies and product presentation.
  • Brand Representation: Act as the face of Soul Care, representing the brand with integrity and building a positive relationship with the audience.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Prior experience in live sales, direct marketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Product Knowledge: A good understanding of menstrual hygiene products, particularly sanitary pads, and their usage.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with a diverse audience, particularly women, to create a comfortable and engaging environment.
  • Sales Skills: Ability to identify customer needs and convert engagement into sales.
  • Technology: Basic understanding of using live sales platforms (social media or e-commerce sites) for online demonstrations and promotions.
  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English.
