**Job Description**:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dynamic **Field Marketing Executive** to join our team. This role involves interacting directly with potential clients, promoting our products/services, and building lasting relationships to enhance brand visibility and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct field marketing activities such as product demonstrations, surveys, and promotional events.

- Engage with potential customers in person, explain product benefits, and drive sales.

- Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses, clients, and stakeholders.

- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to improve strategies.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Provide on-ground support for marketing campaigns and promotions.

- Prepare daily and weekly reports of activities and outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass (Any field).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to interact with customers, understand their needs, and close sales.

- Willingness to travel locally for field marketing tasks.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Target-driven with the ability to meet set goals.

**Compensation**:

- CTC: ₹2,00,000 per annum.
