Job Description

1. Admission OfficerRole Summary:

Responsible for handling walk-ins, counselling parents/students, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily walk-in enquiries across centres
  • Explain courses (Class V–XII) and fee structure
  • Maintain enquiry & follow-up records
  • Convert leads into admissions
  • Coordinate for admission documentation

Key Tasks:

  • Daily follow-up calls
  • Counselling sessions with parents/students
  • Update CRM/register
  • Support admission campaigns

2. Senior Admission OfficerRole Summary:

Lead admissions at centre level and ensure achievement of monthly admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise admission officers
  • Handle high-value/critical counselling cases
  • Track daily admissions and conversion ratio
  • Plan local marketing activities with team
  • Report performance to management

Key Tasks:

  • Monitor follow-ups & closures
  • Conduct counselling for serious prospects
  • Maintain admission reports
  • Train junior staff

3. Sales Team LeadRole Summary:

Drive overall admissions across multiple centres and manage field + inside sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage admission targets for all 10 centres in Lucknow
  • Lead and guide sales/admission teams
  • Plan marketing & lead generation activities
  • Coordinate with digital & field marketing
  • Analyze performance and improve conversion

Key Tasks:

  • Weekly review meetings
  • Strategy planning for admissions growth
  • Campaign execution (schools, seminars, etc.)
  • Reporting to senior management

4. TelecallerRole Summary:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and generate qualified leads for admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call prospective leads and explain courses
