Role Overview: We’re looking for a hardworking, people-friendly Marketing Manager who can strengthen our market presence by meeting house owners, builders, architects, interior designers, plumbers, and other influencers.

Your job is simple:

Build relationships, promote our brands, and bring high-quality leads to our showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Visits & Relationship Building, Daily field visits to home owners (new construction/renovation)
• Regular meetings with architects, interior designers, civil contractors, builders
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with all influencers
• Promote our range: Johnson, Kajaria, Prism Johnson, Jaquar, Nirali, Tile Adhesives, Sinks
• Lead Generation & Follow-ups
• Identify new projects and upcoming sites
• Capture every potential customer and project detail
• Coordinate with showroom team for customer visits
• Share product information, catalogues, and samples where required
• Product Promotion & Branding
• Explain technical details and benefits of tiles & fittings
• Ensure strong brand visibility in influencer offices
• Conduct mini-presentations or product demos (if needed)
• CRM & Reporting,enter all visit reports in the CRM system (daily)
• Maintain proper documentation of leads, visits, and follow-up status
• Prepare simple reports on Google Sheets and MS Excel
• Update weekly progress to Marketing Head/Owner
