Telecaller & Field Marketing

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Telecaller & Marketing Executive to support our legal firm’s business development activities. The role involves telecalling, client coordination, and field/market visits to promote legal services, build relationships, and contribute to firm growth.

(Female candidates preferred as per organizational requirements.)

Key Responsibilities

Telecalling & Client Coordination

Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain legal services offered by the firm

Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into appointments

Follow up with existing and prospective clients

Maintain call records, client data, and follow-up reports

Coordinate appointments between clients and advocates

Field Marketing & Business Development

Visit markets, corporate offices, institutions, and other potential client locations

Promote the firm’s legal services through direct interaction and presentations

Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and partners

Identify new business opportunities and market segments

Collect market feedback and share insights with management

Growth & Development

Actively contribute to increasing the firm’s client base and revenue

Support branding and promotional activities of the firm

Work towards individual and team-based business targets

Continuously improve communication, sales, and legal service knowledge

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence in telecalling and face-to-face client interaction

Willingness and ability to travel within the market for work purposes

Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, or client databases

Sales, marketing, or client-handling experience preferred

Ability to understand and explain legal services (training will be provided)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional attitude

Eligibility

Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)

Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling, marketing, or business development

Freshers with strong communication skills may apply
