Health Claims Claim Analyst

 📍 Location: Lucknow

🧭 Position Overview:

As a Health Claims Field Investigator, you will investigate health insurance claims on the ground—leveraging your medical knowledge to validate authenticity, detect discrepancies, and help prevent fraud.

As a Claim Analyst, you'll review and analyze reports submitted by field investigators and provide accurate and well-documented assessments to insurance companies.

📝 Key Responsibilities

For Field Investigator:

Conduct thorough field investigations related to health insurance claims.

Assess medical records and hospital bills for accuracy.

Identify and help prevent fraudulent claims.

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for evidence gathering.

For Claim Analyst:

Review field investigation reports and medical documents.

Analyze findings and prepare detailed summaries for insurance companies.

Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance in every submitted report.

🎓 Required Qualifications

For Field Investigator:

Bachelor's in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field.

1+ year experience in health claim investigations.

Proficiency in medical terminology and strong analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Open to field travel and flexible working hours.

For Claim Analyst:

Bachelor's in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or related field. Medico background preferred.

1+ year experience in claims investigation and report preparation.

Strong MS Office skills and excellent command of English.

Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
