Medical Representative (MR)

Mandatory Conditions (Non-Negotiable):

Compensation Structure:

Fixed Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

Incentives: Up to ₹60,000 per month (performance-linked)

Field-based B2B sales across gyms, doctors, medical stores, and wellness centers

Daily visits, partner onboarding, and order closures

Consistent target achievement and pipeline management

Candidate Fit:

Prior experience in pharma/wellness/field sales preferred

Strong local network and area familiarity in Lucknow

Execution-focused, aggressive closer mindset
