MIS Executive

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst/Excel Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for data analysis, report generation, and data management using advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP. The ideal candidate will have experience in data mining, data analysis, and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. *Data Analysis:* Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

2. *Report Generation:* Create reports using Excel, including dashboards, charts, and tables.

3. *Data Management:* Manage and maintain large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

4. *Advanced Excel:* Utilize advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and pivot tables.

5. *Data Mining:* Extract insights from large datasets using data mining techniques.

6. *SOP Creation:* Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for data analysis and reporting.

7. *Data Visualization:* Create visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.

*Requirements:*

1. Proven experience in data analysis and Excel.

2. Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and pivot tables.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to create effective reports and visualizations.

5. Experience in data mining and data management.

6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

*Nice to Have:*

1. Experience with other data analysis tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.

2. Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or R.

3. Certification in data analysis or a related field.
