Job Title: E-commerce Operations & Accounts Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic candidate to manage our daily e-commerce operations, logistics, and accounts. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of online marketplace panels (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), logistics coordination, and basic accounting practices. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment: Manage end-to-end order processing, including picking, packing, and timely dispatch to ensure high performance.
• NDR & Return Management: Actively handle Non-Delivery Reports (NDR), track shipments, and coordinate with courier partners to minimize RTO (Return to Origin).
• Accounts Management: Maintain daily sale/purchase entries, invoicing, and expense tracking using Tally or Busy software.
• Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels across various portals to ensure availability and prevent stock-outs.
• Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports using advanced Excel. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• MS Excel (Must): Expertise in VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data management is mandatory.
• Accounting Software: Practical experience with Tally or Busy is highly preferred.
• Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with marketplace panels like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Meesho.
• Communication: Good coordination skills to interact with logistics partners and internal teams. 

Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce operations or a similar role.

Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
